I bought a Mosaic Bracelet for my friend's daughter's 18th. I forgot to order the bracelet and got a very helpful email from the company asking if i intended to order it or not. I was so grateful they took time to do this and i was able to order the bracelet. It arrived promptly and looked amazing. Packaging helps to make it extra special. I intend to order more gifts for Xmas pressies.
